my name is Eftihia and I am sole owner of AppleBite Jewelry located in Athens, Greece. I am passionate about creating all kinds of things and especially jewelry. I mostly enjoy creating Romantic Gothic, Victorian, Steampunk, Fantasy inspired jewelry. I am fascinated by Victorian era which I find really romantic! All those dainty and intricate designs are quite irresistible, so feminine and elegant! I am inspired by the Fantasy genre, a variety of Historical Eras, Literature, Folklore Tales & Legends, Mythology, Fictional Movies, Romance and anything that will catch my eye and captivate my soul.

As an artist though I am always restless and on the hunt for new products & techniques to use in fabricating interesting and unique jewelry that will stand out!


What drove me into jewelry making is my love for jewelry, so I started creating unique pieces for personal use. I fell in love with mixing and matching colors, materials and techniques and went on creating. My goal is to create unique jewelry for unique people, using quality materials!


That pretty much mirrors a big part of my life as a person too. I am also an animal and nature lover and owner of a witty adorable dog named after the Greek Mythology Hero Hercules, a cute Bearded Dragon Lizard, named Manolia and some beautiful Gouldian Finches. As a person I am quite restless with a lot of hobbies. Except making jewelry I also enjoy crafting my own natural soaps, facial & body creams, lip balms....and the list can go on forever. Reading, writing poetry and making charcoal sketches has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy listening to music and going to concerts as could not live without it. There is always time for a good movie. I also enjoy a stroll in nature and a walk on the beach, as I am so lucky to have them nearby. I also love traveling; meeting new people, exploring different cultures and new landscapes.
